Claims Advocate

We take great pride in assisting veterans and their families in accessing the benefits provided by the VA. From identifying available benefits and understanding required forms to simplifying the complex processes of completion and submission, we guide you every step of the way to ensure successful outcomes. We also identify primary and secondary conditions related to in-service events and provide supporting evidence to submit a fully developed claim to the VA.

Front Desk

Our Front Desk Team is essential in guiding clients through initial steps and familiarizing them with our procedures. We are looking for friendly and welcoming Front Desk Volunteers to greet veterans and guests, assess their needs, and connect them with the appropriate volunteer or staff member. This role also involves managing client flow, assigning walk-ins, and assisting with uploading relevant documents into the foundation's system.

Navigation

Intake Navigators play a crucial role in registering clients, ensuring accurate input of information, and obtaining necessary forms and signatures before their first appointment, while upholding the organization's core values.
Evidence Navigators review client profiles to confirm all required documentation is uploaded before the claim writing session, enabling volunteers to assist veterans and reassure them of the Foundation's support throughout the claims process.

​​Inbound receptionists manage incoming communications from clients seeking assistance, information, or support, focusing on customer service and troubleshooting. Conversely, our outbound receptionist proactively contacts clients for appointment confirmations, reschedules, follow-ups, and events to engage with clients and the community.
